The Loyalty Industry Reports are based on analyses from the study of the major DACH Loyalty Report 2024 in cooperation with the Austrian Retail Association.

The industry reports provide specific insights into customer behaviour in the individual industries and show the potential that digital customer loyalty programmes have in those industries.

The results are based on a survey of 1,500 participants in Austria, Germany and Switzerland.
