Rasmus Houlind from Denmark is a thought leader in the field of personalisation and omnichannel marketing. He worked for digital agencies such as Merkle and the marketing automation software company Agillic for almost 20 years before consolidating his work with the books ‘Make it all about me’ (2019) and ‘Hello $FirstName’ (2023).

The presentation ‘Level Up Your Loyalty: Customer Loyalty with Gamification at Zebra Fashion’ describes the introduction of a digital loyalty solution in September 2024.

Zebra Fashion opted for this solution to increase customer loyalty and engagement. The solution brings the company greater customer loyalty and brand awareness, and employees and customers have responded positively to the concept.

Customers benefit from playful rewards that encourage them to make further purchases. Gamification elements and targeted marketing increase engagement and strengthen the brand.

Michael Solomun is CEO of Zebra Fashion AG. He has more than 20 years of experience in management, expansion and sales with a focus on strategic account management and business development in retail and sales management.

Mario Pecile is co-founder of hello again GmbH. He was Director of UNGA Loyalty GmbH and 8 years as Sales Manager and Head of Marketing and Advertising at REWE. With over a decade of experience in management positions, he has in-depth expertise in marketing, customer loyalty and business management.
